How Much Does Personal Training Cost Near The Denver Tech Center?

What one-on-one personal training costs per hour and per month near the Denver Tech Center, with every outside price linked to the page it came from, and Titan Forge’s published monthly rates.

Short Answer

In the Denver area, one-on-one personal training is usually priced by the hour. Thumbtack lists $35 to $90 an hour near Englewood, and JCC Denver posts $89 to $99 for a single 60-minute session depending on the trainer’s experience (both read 13 October 2026). Titan Forge Fitness publishes monthly rates instead: $750/mo for Premium Coaching, $400/mo for Standard, $200/mo for Nutrition Only and $49.99/mo for App + Community. It does not publish a price for in-person sessions; that is confirmed when you apply.

What do trainers charge per hour near the Denver Tech Center?

We could verify two public price points. Both describe the wider Denver area, not a studio near the Denver Tech Center. Thumbtack, a marketplace where trainers advertise, says to expect between $35 and $90 an hour for a personal trainer near Englewood. JCC Denver, a community center in central Denver, posts a full rate card and prices the same 60-minute session by the trainer’s experience.

The spread inside one rate card is the useful part. The JCC’s lowest tier is a trainer with an approved personal training certification or an associate degree in health or exercise science. Its top tier asks for at least two of a master’s degree in that field, approved certifications, or 14 or more years as a trainer. Across the three tiers a single session differs by ten dollars, and its 4, 8 and 12-session packs lower the price of each session.

What does a month of in-person training add up to?

The hourly price matters less than how often you go. The table turns the rates above into a month, using 52 weeks divided by 12, which is about 4.3 weeks. It is arithmetic on the published rates, not a quote from any trainer.

Two sessions a week at the top of Thumbtack’s range comes close to the Premium coaching rate. The comparison is only fair if you also count what each one includes. An hourly trainer is paid for the hour you are in the room. A monthly coaching rate also pays for the plan changes and check-ins between sessions.

How oftenAt $35 an hourAt $90 an hourAt $94 an hour
1 session a week$152$390$407
2 sessions a week$303$780$815
3 sessions a week$455$1,170$1,222

Columns: the low end of Thumbtack’s range, the high end, and the JCC senior-trainer session. Sessions a week multiplied by 52, divided by 12, multiplied by the hourly rate.

What does Titan Forge charge?

Titan Forge publishes monthly rates, not hourly ones. Premium Coaching is $750/mo with scheduled video calls. Standard Coaching is $400/mo with phone or pre-recorded Loom check-ins. There is no published price for an in-person session at the gym at 9780 S Meridian Blvd. Session pricing and availability are confirmed when you apply, and applying costs nothing. If you prepay five months on any one-to-one plan, the sixth month is free.

The one-to-one plans work online from anywhere, so the drive to Meridian is optional. Distances from Lone Tree, Inverness and the Denver Tech Center are on the local training page.

How do you compare a monthly rate with a per-session rate?

Count the whole month, not the unit price. Add up what you would pay for the sessions you would actually attend, then ask what you get on the days between them. Two sessions a week leaves five days with no one in the room.

A monthly coaching rate usually pays for that part: a written plan, a check-in on a set day, and changes when the week goes wrong. Neither is better in general. In-person training is the better buy when the problem is technique, confidence in a gym, or needing a person beside you. Coaching is the better buy when the problem is the other five days.

What should you ask before you pay any trainer?

  1. What is the rate per session, and per package? Ask for both in writing. Packages usually lower the price of each session, and the JCC rate card shows it.
  2. What happens if you cancel or miss a session? The JCC card says its packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and that appointments need 24 hours’ notice. Rules like these are normal. The point is to know them before you pay.
  3. Who is the trainer, and what do they hold? Ask which certification they have and whether an independent body accredits it. The National Commission for Certifying Agencies publishes a directory of accredited certification programs you can check.
  4. What do I get between sessions? A plan you can follow alone, a way to ask questions, someone who reads your log. If the answer is nothing, treat the sessions as the whole service.
  5. What happens if it is not working? A good answer names a time frame and what would change, such as reviewing the plan.

Is there a cheaper way to start?

Yes. The Science-Based Community is $24.99/mo, and App + Community at $49.99/mo adds a 90-day program to follow. Both are monthly memberships with no coaching contract, and neither includes one-to-one coaching.

The free readiness check takes a minute, needs no sign-up, and matches you to the coach whose way of working fits your week. It does not tell you whether you need a trainer at all; the questions above help with that.

On the rate card we read on 13 October 2026, a single 60-minute private session is $89 with a personal trainer, $94 with a senior trainer and $99 with a master trainer. Packages of 4, 8 and 12 sessions lower the price of each session.

How much does Titan Forge charge?

Titan Forge publishes monthly coaching rates: $750/mo for Premium Coaching, $400/mo for Standard Coaching, $200/mo for Nutrition Only and $49.99/mo for App + Community. There is no published price for in-person sessions. It is confirmed when you apply.

Is online coaching cheaper than in-person personal training?

Per month it often is, but the two are priced on different units: the hour for a trainer, the month for coaching. Compare the total for the month and what each includes between sessions.

Is a more expensive trainer a better trainer?

Price tracks experience, credentials and attention, not outcome. The JCC prices three tiers by qualifications and years of service. No trainer controls your sleep or your week, and none can honestly guarantee a result.

Do session packages save money?

Usually they lower the price of each session. The catch is the terms: the JCC’s packages are non-refundable, so read the cancellation and expiry rules before you buy a large pack.

Does Titan Forge offer a discount for paying up front?

Yes. On any one-to-one plan, prepay five months and the sixth month is free. The pricing page lists the current terms.
